The minis are highly detailed and printed very well. The customer service is extraordinary, this gentleman is very kind and helpful. He’ll get you whatever piece you need. And in the description it says extra pieces for all of the kitbashing and that was very misleading. I was expecting a few pieces here and there but no you get so many pieces to build and customize these already great minis. You could build more with the extras. The products are great, the owner is very helpful and generous, everything was shipped and packed very well. It all arrived in great condition, not a single thing was broken.
